National Center for Data Mining will deploy its application layer DSTP web services with StorCloud as the storage backend. This capability will allow us to demonstrate proper operation of DSTP with datasets of multi terabyte size. The DSTP web service requires fast sequential reads and, therefore, would like to use a high performance NFS service from the StorCloud. This web service will request an I/O bandwidth of 500 MB/s using four Gigabit Ethernet connections to the StorCloud booth.
