Ever heard that request before?

The Naval Research Lab along with industry partners Network Appliance and Marconi Corporation will demonstrate the ability to use the industry standard NFS protocol in a wide area network environment to answer all of the above requirements. The transparent movement of GBs of data from Pittsburgh to Washington DC over an OC-192 network using the Network Appliance Spinnaker storage management solution, Marconi high speed networking equipment, and commodity Linux servers will be demonstrated.
